Stuffed Ground Sirloin Beef Monterey Jack Cheeseburger Salad2 Stuffed ground sirloin beef patties with Monterey Jack cheese
8 oz pre packaged tossed lettuce greens or 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
1 purple onion, diced
6 long pickle slices, (dill)
4 oz grated Parmesan cheese
Italian Caesar or Italian Parmesan dressing.
Cook patties in a good fry pan over medium heat till done. Wash lettuce, and put in 2 large salad bowls. Add tomatoes, onions, pickles, cheese, and dressing over both evenly. Cut patties in small pieces and place on top of lettuce, one patty for each salad. Serve with a good red wine.
